  HL2Files.com + HalfLife2Servers.com CS:Source Tournament

HL2Files.com 2004 CS: Source Champion Tournament!

HL2Files.com and Halflife2servers.com have come together once again to provide more for the Half-Life community by offering a CS: Source clan tournament contest!!! Clans will compete for the HL2Files.com 2004 CS: Source Championship.

The winner of the tournament recieves:
A free public 20 man server for 2 months
A free private server for 2 months
Official Title of "2004 HL2Files.com CS: Source Champions"
A 10% discount from halflife2servers.com on all services

The Rules:



1. The tournament will consist of 16 clans battling each other. Should more sign up, the tournament will be expanded and brackets will be increased. No problem! Each clan will be a Counter Terrorist 5 times and a Terrorist 5 times. The clan to win a majority of the rounds wins. If there is a tie, there will be a tie breaker round.

2. Clans must submit the following information using the form below:

Clan name, Clan nametag, Website address (if applicable), Clan Leader's Name, Clan Leader's E-mail address and the 5 members playing the match along with alternates who are allowed to fill in.

3. The cfg being used is the same as the cal.cfg. This must be used. You may find the config here Cal-CS FTP

4. NO CHEATING is allowed, this includes aimbots and wallhacks. If someone is suspected of cheating, a demo will be made by tournament staff or players spectating to determine if they are. Hl2files.com and Halflife2servers.com staff will review it and make a final decision. If a clan member is determined to have cheated, the entire clan will be disqualified by default. 5. The winner of the tournament recieves a title of "HL2Files.com CS: Source Champions 2004" along with their very own 20 slot public server (that can be passworded for clan matches) and 14 man private server. Both may be used at the clan's discretion. The server will be online for two months, at the end of the 2 months they may rent it at a discounted rate of 10% off the regular price.

6. HL2files.com and Halflife2servers.com reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without notification and reserve the right to have their say as final word. Each clan that signs up below agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Note: This tournament will be for the FULL official CS: Source and NOT the beta version.

Note 2: The first round of the tournament will be "de_dust", so you had better train hard! wink

The maps for the other rounds will NOT be disclosed as of now.
