HL2Files also known as Half-Life 2 Files is a Download Resource Website for all Half-Life & It's source Games. This website may be called Half-Life 2 Files, but this website provides files for all Half-Life games, including of course Counter-Strike, Day of Defeat, and It's source games.

The News
But that's not everything. HL2Files.com also provide news posts. Such as media news of modifications, or official news, and even "Ask For Help" news. News are searched by News Posters, and news also are submitted by developers of a team or something related to it for us to post. Want to become HL2Files Staff?
If you are wanting to become a Half-Life 2 Files staff, and giving us a helping hand, of course it is possible! We can always use some people who are willing to help us out. Do please Fill In This Form!, and you'll get an email back for sure! And for those who stay active, you'll even get some nice things in return. All staff of course do not have any advertisements on any of the network websites, but that's only one of the goodies you'll get.
The Mod Profile Center
As time passed, Half-Life 2 Files also added more features to enhance the website. As you can see in the left menu, you'll notice under "Features" quite some interesting things. Such as the Modification Profile Center, which provides information regarding Half-Life & Half-Life 2 Modifications. Below, you will see some screenshots of the Mod Profile Center.
Are you wanting to have your own Game Server? But you have no idea where to look? Then you really should check out the Server Profile Center. It's very similar to the Mod Profile Center, but it gives all the information of several Gaming Server Rental companies. This page is still under development, but 5 different Game Server Renters has been added on the page already. Check the below screenshots for some previews:
TeamSpeak Channel
HL2Files even has a TeamSpeak Channel for those who rather would want to use their microphone to talk to eachother. In order to do that, please Download Teamspeak first. You can either join the TeamSpeak channel by joining it manually with the IP: 216.52.178.22 and the port: 8768.

Awesome, just what this site needs.
Perhaps you could include a "Staff" page showing who the staff members are and what they do in more detail? Or the other staff page enough? Thanks.

I purchased Half life 2: episode 2 team fortress 2 a few months ago and got very frustrated as it kept crashing on my computer. I thought I did not have an adequate computer to play this game, so I cut my losses. Today I had a technician look at my computer on another matter and I asked about the game. He said that I have the hardware to run this game. He mentioned for me to go on the website to find the patches necessary. Well easier said then done! I went searching for an hour now and have no clue what to look for.
Are you able to give a link where I may find the patches to run my game? thanks

Steam automatic updates jgr. Including its steam games. Unless you mean drivers, you can download those at the models factory. For Nvidia nvidia.com and ati ati.com
