Half Life 2: Hi-Res Alyx Remade (v. 2) - File Description  


Description:
Ness has remade Alyx's Hi-Res skin to look closer to the original/defualt Alyx, but still keeping the higher detail. This version defintely makes Alyx look closer to how she originally looked, although a few parts of her look a little odd. The detail is good, as is most of the skin, but as said, the lips and eyebrows look a little strange. The lips have less lipgloss, lipstick, or whatever you want to say the other version had, but they still seem to stand out somewhat from the rest of the face. Other then that, this is a good remake of the Hi-Res Alyx skin for those players that want to stick closer to the original look of the characters of Half Life 2.

Some people were complaining about Alyx not being Alyx anymore, after installing Fakefactory's High Resolution Skin. This is my attempt to make her more Alyx-like.


*********History*********
09.02.05 v2
-changed her lips again
-fix the 4 different skintones she had (arms etc..)
-remade her eyebrows

09.01.05 v1
-tried to correct the transition between textures
-made her eyebrows less intense

08.29.05 Original Release
-i changed her eyebrows, her skintone and tried to make her lips less "feminine"




*********Installation*********
1. Extract the files into your half-life 2\hl2 folder, keeping the folder structure!

This is my second attempt in Texturing, so don't be too harsh ;)

And Big Thanks to Fakefactory for giving us these Wonderful skins!
