Description:
Deep below the ground on the side of a cliff, a scientist was working on a secret weapon to destroy the aliens before they discovered the research lab, during this invention, he was discovered and wiped out by millions of aliens... no one had ever seen this secret weapon, it was told that it could wipe out the entire base if triggered. 3 years after the Lab was destroyed, Combine soldiers discovered the lab was barricaded up and found a human, they found a parasite of his head, the combine soldiers got worried and rushed outside while under attack and locked the door to the Lab and never returned. 8 years after the combine soldiers discovered the lab; one brave soldier was very keen to find out what had happened in the lab and what he was inventing, he also knew the scientist very well so he had clearance to
the lab...

Instillation:

1. Extract all .BSP files into E:\Steam\SteamApps\steamaccount\half-life 2\hl2\maps
2. Load up Half-Life 2
3. Select the difficulty in the Options menu that you want
4. Open console and type in: map hl2_hiddenlab
5. Click which Difficulty you want and then press Enter then enjoy :)

how many times have you guys here set this map up on the *new* line of maps and info!? ive counted 5 of these showoffs allready, and the map doesnt get much different.... i thinkBeer! Beer!

It seems odd that a Combine Soldier would have personal relations with a rebel scientist... let alone clearance to his lab.
Can't think of anything better?...

I dont get this map. DO you simply walk out the door you came in from once you cleared out all the rooms? Is there something I missed?

personally i hate it when people release a map, than build a room to it, release it again under a new name, and go on and on like this. i have played now severel versions of the map and i realy ask myself why you keep on doing this. is it that you just want to see your work as much as possible in this download section. why don't leave this map alone and go on with a new one. because this sucks. i believe i have written this a while ago with another version of this map, but now i see that it has happen again, so that's why i say this again. please just release a map one time and than go on, this is so time consuming and pointless.

What a cunning map - very tricky, and creepy.

I agree what others say - it reminds me of HL1 and Doom 3.

Superb atmosphere. It kept me guessing for ages what to do next!

They probably new eachother very well for the combine soldiers were once citizens, he could've joined to be soldier. anyway this map looks good, might download.
