Half-Life 2: Insurgency Mod Client 2.0E - File Description  


Description:
Insurgency takes you across the modern battlefield, engaging in intense firefights and battles as a member of either a highly organized and equipped conventional force (US Marines), or as an unconventional fighter that uses a combination of firepower and bravery to take on their sometimes overwhelming opponent (Insurgents).

Intense realism will keep you alert as you and your team try accomplish the mission's objectives. Specified roles are included within each Squad that make up your team's Platoon. Command and control from a 4-soldier Fireteam, to an 8-soldier Squad, up to a 32-soldier Platoon. A unique point system ensures that online combat veterans will be rewarded for their leadership and tactical abilities so that they can rise through the ranks and command the platoon.

Grab one of the many weapons in the arsenal and join the fight using guerrilla tactics against the powerful enemy, fire RPGs at enemy infantry, or deploy your machine gun to take down entire platoons! Engage in urban warfare where every window, doorway or road block is a potential ambush point and every object on the street needs to be watched with care. Fight against the occupation from behind windows and burned cars, with your finger on the trigger and an unsuspecting patrol down the street getting ever closer. Whatever you choose to do, Insurgency is sure to get your pulse racing and make your breathing feel heavy while you engage in such a unique and original combat experience.

This is the 2.0E full installer, make sure to uninstall any previous versions first.

Fixed: Damage not being correct at extremely close range
Fixed: Weapons being too accurate ( Like the shotgun being to accurate)
Fixed: Several crashes
Fixed: Hud icon color not allways updating correctly
Fixed: Radio menus (used by admin tools) not correctly working trough death
Fixed: Using ammo crate with m203 and not having any grenades would prevent you from getting more.
Fixed: When using supply crates on a picked-up weapon they would not always resupply you (when it was a weapon your class didn't suppport)
Fixed: Recoil on SVD and m249

2.0a to 2.0c
Fixes several server-side crashes.
