This is a Addon. You need v2.20 of either the Hi-Res Pack or the Cinematic Mod Installed, Outdoor Addon is included in this pack. (Little Alyx Construction Kit V1.1 included).

TO CLEAR THE THINGS UP (Q & A):

It gets complicated for new users. Here are some answers:
Q: What are the differences between "Cinematic Mod" and "Hires Mod"?
A: The "Cinematic Mod" is the "Hires" Mod with additional music and
slightly
changed game balancing.
"HIRESPACK" = HIRESTEXTURES
"CINEMATIC MOD" = "HIRESPACK" + NEW SOUNDTRACK + GAMEBALANCE
Q: I'm completly lost. What packs are needed to get the latest full
version?
A: To be up-to-date, just install the full pack of the CinematicMod
v2.20 or
Hirespack v2.20 and update the installation with this Addon2.
Q: Is the Outdoor Addon obselete with this Addon 2?
A: Yes, this Addon 2 is cumulative and contains the complete Outdoor
addon.
Q: Can i use the Hirestextures with the upcoming HL2:Aftermath?
A: Yes.
Q: Are you shure?
A: Hm... No. But then i will find a way.
Q: Are you planning to update the HL2 maps with HDR textures?
A: No, this would take ages.
Q: How many persons are "FAKEFACTORY"?
A: One.
Q: Why no website for this mod?
A: Because, i'm a HTML-noob.
Q: May i have your permission to use the textures in my own MOD /
MOVIE / COMIC ?
A: Yes.
Q: What are you future plans for the mod?
A: - Find a good modeller
- Remodelling some of the Low-Poly models and create a High-Poly-Alyx
- Find a source engine coder for a little special modification :)
Installation for allready installed FAKEFACTORY Cinematic Mod Override Version or High Res Pack:

Copy the complete folder "materials" and "models" with all its subfolders to <path to SteamApps>/<username>/Half-life 2/hl2/ and overwrite the old materials folder. Windows will warn you about overwriting a existing folder. This is okay, as onlynew textures are copied.
Installation for allready installed FAKEFACTORY Cinematic Mod Non-Override Version:
